At Right Steps Academics, our mission is to create an environment where learning is inspiring, supportive, and tailored to each student’s potential. I started this academy with a vision to provide students with more than just academic knowledge – to give them the tools to think critically, solve problems independently, and build confidence in their abilities. We believe that every child can excel with the right guidance and encouragement.

What subjects do you offer tutoring in?
At Right Steps Academics , we provide tutoring from Grade Prep – Yr 10 and we tutor Mathematics and English. Additionally, we offer test preparation for standardized exams like NAPLAN, Selective Entry and Scholarship Exams.
How many students are there is a group ?
We offer small group sessions. We believe that group learning can facilitate the ‘healthy competition’ among the students. When we say small group size, we really mean it. We allow maximum of 8 kids in a group, ideally we approach to cater 6-7 kids in a group. At Right Steps Academics , this format is precisely designed to provide personalised attention and support.
How do you select your tutors?
All of our tutors are highly qualified in their subject areas and have WWCK. They undergo a rigorous selection process, including background checks and training in our teaching methods.
Is tutoring available in-person, online, or both?
At Right Steps Academics, we are proud to offer flexible options to suit your needs, including in-person tutoring at our centre and online sessions via a secure platform (ZOOM).
Can tutoring help my child if they are already doing well in school?
Yes! Tutoring can support students who want to excel further, develop advanced skills, or prepare for challenging exams. Right Steps Academics creates customized learning plans that meet each student’s goals.
What if my child is struggling?
Our tutors specialize in helping students who may be finding school difficult. We assess each child’s needs, identify learning gaps, and work on building foundational skills while promoting confidence.
How are sessions scheduled?
We offer flexible scheduling, including after-school hours and weekends. Our goal is to work around your family’s schedule to provide convenient, consistent support.
How do you measure my child’s progress?
We track progress through regular assessments, homework, and feedback from both the student and tutor. Periodic progress reports are also available, so parents can stay informed.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?
We understand that things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
How do I sign up my child?
Simply contact us by phone or through our website to schedule an initial consultation. We’ll discuss your child’s needs and set up a plan that works best for your family
